A price didn't scan correctly. Scanning works best on clear, printed prices. Hold the phone steady until the frame turns green, then tap. If a read misses, tap Edit or type the price in — a keypad opens automatically after two misses.
The converted amount looks off. CurrenTag uses daily mid-market exchange rates. Your bank or the shop may use a slightly different rate, so treat the result as a close estimate.
Does it work offline? Yes. Rates are saved on your phone, so conversions work without a signal. Go online occasionally to refresh rates.
How do I change currencies? Tap the FROM or TO currency at the top of the scan screen, or set them in Settings.
